The Lavender (I believe it’s Lavandula Angustifolia x Arabian Nights), I planted last year didn’t do much (well it lived, there’s that), it grew a little but didn’t bloom. Then we had the massive snow fall and it was buried under a two feet of snow from November to April. When the snow melted the lavender was still green, as though it had been snap frozen, but over the next week it shriveled up, and I declared it dead. The plants miraculously came to life again and with the heat and rain this summer, it’s been in full bloom for the last couple of weeks.
I should even have enough to dry a few bunches.
